Product & Service Description

We provide print-on-demand apparel and personalized merchandise based on user-submitted designs. Screen previews and final prints may vary slightly due to device displays, inks, fabrics, and manufacturing tolerances; such minor variations are not defects.

User Content & Intellectual Property

• You confirm you own or have permission to use the designs/content you upload and that they do not infringe third-party rights or violate any law.
• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your uploaded content solely to produce, fulfil, and display order previews/mockups.
• All trademarks, logos, graphics, site text, and software are our IP or that of our licensors.

Pricing, Taxes & Payments

• Prices are shown in INR and include/exclude taxes as indicated at checkout. We may correct pricing errors at any time; if your order is affected, we will contact you to reconfirm or cancel with a full refund.
• Payments are processed via Razorpay and other listed methods. We do not store full card/UPI credentials; processing is handled by Razorpay under PCI-DSS.

Order Acceptance, Production & Cancellations

• Order confirmation is an acknowledgement; acceptance occurs when we start production/dispatch.
• Customized items move to production quickly. Cancellation window: Up to 1 day from payment, only until printing starts. Contact [email protected].
• We may cancel any order (suspected fraud, IP complaints, unserviceable address, stock/technical issues). If we cancel, a full refund is provided.

Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

• Production time: 2–3 working days. Transit time: 2–5 days (after production). Free shipping on all orders. Replacements provided if issue is validated per policy.
• Deliveries are via reputed couriers; tracking will be shared via email/SMS. Risk of loss passes upon delivery to your address per shipping terms.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds (Summary)

• Personalized items are not returnable for change-of-mind/fit/colour preference.
• We offer free replacement/refund for validated defects, wrong item/size/design, or transit damage, reported within policy windows. See Refunds & Cancellations policy for full details.

Prohibited Use

Do not misuse the site, interfere with operations, attempt unauthorized access, or upload infringing/illegal content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your uploaded content, misuse of the site, or violation of these terms or any law.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
